The design of this wheel is pretty good. It's lightweight and sits in your lap. Paddles on the back of the wheel operate the gas and brakes. It's easy to plug in and use without re-arranging your living room. However, my wheel was extremely sensitive near the center. It was impossible to drive straight - just a little pressure on the wheel would cause the car to swerve all over the road. The normal PS3 controller gave me better control over the cars than this wheel did. Logitech has a good design, but they need to work on their electronics.

I bought this for a gift to replace my husbands older corded Logitech wheel. Only problem is that it does not have gas and brake "pedals", as descibed. All you have is the wheel/console itself. The only "pedals" seem to be the paddles behind the wheel, that one would think would be the shifters. We tried to configure the controls to use the paddles for the gas/brake, and the thumb buttons for shifting. Impossible to play GT5 like this. If you are used to having a real wheel and seperate pedals, there is alas still no wireless or bluetooth (PS3) option on the market. This one is being returned tomorrow.

Amazon's description is incorrect. There are no pedals included. I bought this as a Christmas gift and am going to wait until after Christmas to see if my husband wants to return it. I thought $50 was a great deal, especially because it was wireless, but when I got my package and realized there were no pedals, I was pretty disappointed. Amazon really needs to fix the product description and box contents information so customers know what they are getting.

I purchased this item from Tiger Direct via Amazon. The description says that the wheel turns 900 degrees and comes with brake and gas pedals, which is incorrect. There are no pedals and the wheel only turns 200 degrees. I called Tiger Direct, who was surprised to realize that Amazon has this product described as such, as their direct website does not. This may not be important to you, but it was to me. Tiger Direct has provided me with a return label and is reimbursing me for the full price and shipping costs, which I'd give them credit for since this is apparently Amazon's mistake.
I did not try the product, and so I can't comment on it's functionality.

This is my first driving wheel for games and got this on sale for $50 on a local store. What drew me to it further was the wireless feature. I didn't want wires in my living room so i figured this would work out perfectly and it did (there is still a wire for power though). It is simple and i can easily grab it and play with my PS3. I just wanted simple and that works with GT5 pro, RR7 and other demo driving games (Grid,NFS Prostreet etc.) I'm really happy with it and really didn't mind having the accelerator and break controls on the paddle shifters. I was really surprised how comfortable it is having it resting on my lap and i can seat comfortably and play on my recliners. The force feedback is very good as well, gives you the feeling that you're really driving in the game. Now i really enjoy playing with GT5 with cockpit view or just the head's up display. For the price and convenience i give it 5 stars. I was originally thinking of getting the G25 but that would require me to invest more on racing seats, wheel stand etc..This is a lot better option than the PS3 game pad driving. But for the amount of time i play with my PS3 this wheel is good enough for me.
